Service Orders (Creative Services)
Before Production Begins
If you cancel at least 24 hours before production begins, you may be eligible for a full refund of amounts paid.
Non-refundable items: rush/expedite fees and any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred (if applicable).
During Production
If production has started, refunds are based on time elapsed from the production start time and work completed:
Within 24 hours: up to 75% refund
Within 48 hours: up to 50% refund
Within 72 hours: up to 25% refund
After 72 hours: no refund
Refunds may be reduced by non-recoverable third-party costs (for example: session musicians, voice talent bookings, licensing fees, or specialized subcontractor work).
Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.
If there is a technical delivery issue (for example: a broken download link), we will help re-deliver or correct the issue.
Rush / Expedited Fees
Rush/expedited fees are non-refundable because they reserve priority production time.
If Synotic Entertainment Cancels
If we must cancel for operational reasons or cannot meet agreed specifications:
We will refund amounts paid for undelivered work.
When feasible, we may offer rescheduling or alternative talent options.
Refund Timing
Review time: typically 3–5 business days after we receive your written request and required details.
Processing time (if approved): typically 5–10 business days to the original payment method (timing may vary by bank/provider).
